Raghvi Kabra

Hi, I am Raghvi

I'm constantly fascinated by how humans interact with products, environments, and emotions. Good design, to me, comes from understanding things deeply enough that the answer feels obvious in hindsight. I can often be found rabbit-holing to unearth the connections that make a solution click.

That kind of understanding can only be found outside my own corner of design: in psychology, business strategy, even physics. It asks you to stay uncomfortable a little longer than feels natural. And break a few rules while at it.

I relish getting lost in the details when the time is right, and pushing the ceiling when it isn't. Asking what's possible if we dream a little bigger than what's practical, all while adding a bit of whimsy.

In my free time, I read, write, and look for new ways to challenge my own viewpoints.

Career journey

2024 – now

Lead Designer, Project Aqua

Adobe

Adobe's first creative app for kids. I joined before the product had a name and built everything from scratch: the design system, how kids draw on the canvas, the sounds, the characters. We launched to a 4.8 App Store rating and 375k+ creations. Presented at Adobe Design Summit 2025.

Feb 2023 – Sept 2024

Product Designer, Adobe Express

Adobe

Designed Auto-Translate: one-click translation for designs into 46 languages. The hard part was keeping layouts intact when German is 30% longer than English. Filed a patent for context-aware translation. Featured at Adobe MAX 2024.

2022

Experience Design Intern

Adobe

Designed Adobe Inspire, daily creative challenges to get Indian students drawing regularly. How do you make creativity feel like a habit instead of a talent?

2021 – 2023

Master of Integrated Innovation

Learned to think across design, technology, and business and how to get better at spotting patterns and joining the dots.

2020 – 2021
